1. Who we are
Play-Werk.ai is operated by FL-Simulators Inc., doing business as Forklift-Simulator and Play-Werk, 4590 MacArthur Blvd., Newport Beach, CA 92660, United States (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal data described in this notice (its “controller”, in GDPR terms).

2. What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect:
- Details you enter: your name, work email, organization, job title (optional), organization type, the topics you're interested in and your message.
- Technical details: the date and time of your submission and your IP address, which we keep to detect spam and abuse.
Please don't include sensitive personal data (such as health information) in your message.
3. Why we use it

We won't add you to a newsletter or send you marketing emails unless you separately ask us to.
4. Who can see your data
- Our team: your inquiry is emailed to the people in our team who handle data and licensing requests.
- Our hosting provider: the website and a backup copy of form submissions are stored on servers run by our web hosting provider, GoDaddy, which processes the data on our behalf.
- Our email provider: which delivers and stores the emails our team receives.
We don't sell or rent your data, and we only share it with others if the law requires us to.
We're based in the United States, so your data is stored and processed in the US. If you're in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, you send your data to us directly when you use the form, and we protect it as this notice describes.
5. How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If your inquiry leads to a contract, we keep the relevant correspondence for as long as the contract and any legal retention obligations require.
6. Cookies and third parties on this website
- This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
- The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google. See Google's privacy policy.
- The video on this page is hosted on our own server. It doesn't come from YouTube or any other video platform.
- Links to Hugging Face, ScienceDirect and forklift-simulator.com take you to other websites, which have their own privacy policies.
7. Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. We'll respond within one month.
If you're in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the GDPR gives you the right to:
- see the personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it
- have incorrect data corrected
- have your data deleted
- restrict how we use your data or object to it, including where we rely on legitimate interest
- receive your data in a portable format
You can also complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live or work.
If you're a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, and to ask us to correct or delete it. We don't sell or share your personal information for targeted advertising, and we won't treat you differently for using your privacy rights.
To use any of these rights, email support@forklift-simulator.com and tell us what you'd like us to do. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on the request.
8. Security
The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Form submissions are sent to a limited group of people and stored in a location on our server that isn't publicly accessible.
9. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
